The Cosmote TV Headquarters and Studios is a 6,100 sqm broadcast facility in Kifissia, Athens, designed by LC Architects. LC Architects' design creates a building of strong visual identity, where the architecture communicates the dynamism and innovation of one of Greece's leading telecommunications and media brands. The exterior features a sculptural facade with bold geometric forms — sweeping white volumes and dramatic cantilevers that establish the building as a landmark within the Kifissia district. The interior programme is organised around the demanding technical requirements of live television broadcast production. The spatial organisation ensures efficient workflows between production and office functions, with clear circulation routes and service access that support the fast-paced demands of live broadcast.

A defining feature of the design is the treatment of the main entrance and reception area, where the architectural language of the exterior flows seamlessly into the interior. Curved surfaces, integrated lighting, and high-quality material finishes create a sequence of spaces that guide visitors from the public areas into the heart of the broadcast operation.
